3/2 with hot tub, game room & boat slip

A wonderful vacation rental that is roomy and so comfortable. Positive: Great central location, home is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Beds were all comfy and the game room was so fun. It was great to get into the hot tub after kayaking all day. Hosts were great to communicate with. The washer, dryer and gas grill were a bonus. Would definitely recommend and come back. Oh!! Also the toiletries in the showers were a nice surprise and all the switches are labeled. Negative: Extra blankets/bedding and bedrooms were a little dark.

This is a wonderful rental and the host is one of the best we have had in any rental. Everything attractive and clean. The home is well-stocked and the host provides an ample supply of getting started must-haves (toilet paper, soap, etc.) so it is comfortable and ready the minute you walk in the door. We have rented from this host several times and have always had a positive experience!

This place looks great. Her manager is on point Extremely well stocked and clean as a whistle Manager and Owner were both super nice and very responsive I would recommend this to anyone The value the value of having a boat slip was great

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4 (children aged 5 and 8). The house was lovely and clean and has a generous garden which the children enjoyed. We visited the following places and really enjoyed them. -Crystal River Escape Room (Museum room) - this was excellent -Bowling Alley -Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park -Hunter Springs Park - small play area, nice surroundings -The golf course - Plantation (2mins walk from the house) has a nice restaurant. -Coop Brewery - nice outdoor space

This house perfectly fit our needs for 1/3rd of our family reunion needs. The house was clean, comfortable and met all expectations.
